This living and kitchen interior is designed with a modern, calm, and functional concept, where aesthetics and everyday usability come together seamlessly. The overall idea was to create a warm contemporary home that feels open, organized, and inviting—perfectly suited to modern family living.

Neutral tones, clean lines, and subtle textures define the space, while thoughtful lighting and material choices add depth and comfort.

Living Room Design

The living area is planned as a comfortable yet elegant gathering space. A centrally aligned TV unit acts as the focal point, framed with soft-toned paneling and integrated display niches. The curved niche detailing and warm backlighting introduce softness and visual interest without overpowering the space.

Color Palette: Soft greys, warm wood tones, and muted neutrals

Furniture: Plush seating with minimal forms to enhance comfort

Flooring: Wooden herringbone pattern flooring for warmth and texture

Lighting: Cove lighting combined with recessed spotlights for balanced illumination

Indoor plants and curated décor elements add freshness, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment ideal for both everyday use and entertaining guests.

The kitchen follows a modern open-layout concept, connected visually with the living space while maintaining its own functional identity. The design emphasizes efficiency, storage optimization, and clean aesthetics.

Countertop & Backsplash: Light marble-finish surfaces for a clean, premium look

Island Counter: Acts as both a workspace and casual dining area

Appliances: Integrated for a clutter-free appearance

A suspended chimney and minimal pendant lighting above the island enhance the modern character of the kitchen, while concealed lighting ensures proper task illumination.

Material & Lighting Strategy

Natural wood textures are balanced with smooth matte finishes and stone surfaces to create a harmonious material palette. Warm lighting is used strategically to soften the interiors and highlight architectural features, ensuring the space feels cozy yet contemporary throughout the day.
