The space is defined by its grand vertical proportions, accentuated through full-height wooden slat panels, marble-textured feature walls, and refined brass detailing.

A sculptural ring chandelier suspended from the double-height ceiling becomes the focal point, adding a sense of movement and sophistication while enhancing the vertical volume of the space. The central TV wall is designed as a statement feature, combining marble finishes, integrated lighting, and a sleek linear fireplace that brings both visual warmth and modern comfort.

The layout seamlessly integrates the dining area with the kitchen, creating a cohesive and inviting environment ideal for family gatherings and social interaction.

The dining space is highlighted by a custom oval dining table paired with upholstered chairs in soft neutral tones, offering both comfort and sophistication. A striking blue sculptural chandelier serves as the visual centerpiece, adding artistic flair and a sense of luxury while contrasting beautifully with the warm wooden finishes and subtle wall panel detailing.
