Terms & Conditions
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required before commencement of design work. Schedule begins upon receipt.
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon completion before final file delivery (2D, 3D, BOQ, etc.).
- Project Timeline: Timeline relies on timely client feedback and approvals. Delays in response extend completion dates.
- Construction Discount: If complete interior execution is awarded to Nepal Interior Design, 50% of the total design fee will be adjusted against the final construction contract value.
- Payment Delay: Delays in payment may lead to temporary suspension of work.
- Cancellation: Advance payments are non-refundable once design work commences. Completed work up to cancellation date remains payable.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, concepts, and layouts remain the property of Nepal Interior Design until paid in full.
- Validity: Quotation valid for 30 days from date of issue.
